When booking an appointment at my salon, a deposit is required to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment time or in the case of no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled within my cancellation policy, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment upon rescheduling or it will be fully refunded you choose to not reschedule at this time. This policy is in place to ensure that I can continue to offer the best possible service and availability to all of my clients.

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for completion of any applicable consent form(s). If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

Appointment times are as scheduled and unfortunately, cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.

I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts me, my family and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given, no communication via either text, email or phone call and you do not show up for your appointment, I will charge the full amount of the scheduled service(s) to your account. I recommend that you contact me in advance if your plans change so I can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.

Beauty and permanent makeup treatments are not appropriate services when suffering from infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case for your safety and that of other clients and the cancellation fee will be waived.

To ensure optimal service and availability for all my clients, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 48 hours‘ notice for appointment cancellations or reschedules except in cases of contagious illness or family emergency. If a cancellation is made within less than 48 hours‘ notice, the deposit amount will be forfeited. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client.

I do not bill insurance companies for missed appointments or late cancellations. You are responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees.

Please arrive at your appointment with no more than one other individual. Due to the detailed nature of my work, children will NOT be allowed in the treatment room. Furthermore, pets (other than service animals) are not allowed due to hygienic reasons.

Individual results vary from client to client and are extremely dependent on how one heals.

  • Although, I use premium products and provide quality service, there is NO GUARANTEE for permanent makeup results.
  • Factors such as client’s aftercare, skin type, and personal lifestyle will directly contribute to the final results.
  • Some may require additional touch ups (charged accordingly) to achieve their desired results.
